This oceanfront condo, a brand-new build, is designed for couples, small families, or professionals seeking a luxurious yet comfortable getaway. With direct beach access and an easy walk to downtown, you’ll have everything you need to enjoy the stunning Oregon coast right at your doorstep.

Relax on the cozy sofa or swivel lounge chair, both positioned for ample natural light streaming through wide windows. Whether you’re streaming your favorite shows on the Smart TV or grabbing a book, this space offers the perfect retreat. 
The kitchenette, sleek and efficient, rivals many full-size kitchens. Equipped with a dishwasher, apartment-sized refrigerator, convection toaster oven, hot plate, and a Nespresso machine, you’ll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals and snacks. The four-person dining area, filled with natural light, offers artful coastal touches and provides easy access to the outdoor dining space for those who prefer to eat outside. And with an in-unit washer and dryer, laundry during your stay is a breeze.

When you want some sunshine and fresh air, step outside through the sliding glass doors to your private fenced patio. This is an ideal outdoor living space for unwinding, entertaining, and catching up on socials. Host evening cookouts with the natural gas BBQ to enjoy al fresco at the shaded picnic table. As the sun sets, gather around the luxe propane fire pit with four chairs, ideal for cozying up under the stars and soaking in the stunning Oregonian coastal landscapes.
When it’s time to rest, head to the primary bedroom, where you’ll find a plush king bed with luxurious linens and an ensuite bathroom featuring a sleek shower-tub combo, spacious vanity, and huge mirror. The guest bedroom also offers a deluxe king bed with cozy linens and picturesque ocean views from the window, making this a serene space to unwind after a day of outdoor excursions.

For those looking to explore the area, the Seaside Golf Course is just a 10-minute walk away, and the bustling downtown is only a short stroll along the promenade. Take advantage of the complimentary beach chairs and towels, and set off on your beach adventure.

Must be 24 and older to rent. Required minimum stay of 30 days. 
Pet-friendly rental. 1 pet per visit. There is a pet fee of $100/stay. 
Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit installed in the home for safety. 
There is parking for one vehicle off street.
There is a separate condo unit above, That unit is occupied part time.

Our guests arrive in their own personal or rented vehicles. 
The nearest major airport to our condo in Seaside, Oregon is the Portland International Airport, roughly 80 miles away. The drive from the airport to our condo takes about 1.5 hours.

This is a keyless entry first-floor condo. Guests are provided their own personal code for front door access during their stay. 
The code, plus other important information, is contained in our User Guide and emailed to guests three days prior to arrival / texted two days prior to arrival.
