Sea La Vie Disclosures
- Must be 24 and older to rent. Required minimum stay of 30 days.
- Pet-friendly rental. 1 pet per visit. There is a pet fee of $100/stay.
- Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit installed in the home for safety.
- There is parking for one vehicle off street.
- There is a separate condo unit above, That unit is occupied part time.
- Our guests arrive in their own personal or rented vehicles.
- The nearest major airport to our condo in Seaside, Oregon is the Portland International Airport, roughly 80 miles away. The drive from the airport to our condo takes about 1.5 hours.
